With early Americanists flocking to Philadelphia for SHEAR’s annual meeting, we have decided to postpone this week’s installment of our Junto Summer Book Club. The revised schedule for our discussion of Kathleen Brown’s Good Wives, Nasty Wenches, Anxious Patriarchs is as follows:

• July 25: Chapters 8 and 9
• August 1: Chapter 10 and Afterward
• August: Interview with Kathleen Brown (date to be determined)
